Order Processing & Shipping Times
We process and ship all orders within 3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on location:

• United States & Canada: 5-12 business days
• Europe: 7-15 business days
• Rest of the World: 10-15 business days

If we experience high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or phone if your shipment is significantly delayed.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We use Royal Mail, FedEx, USPS, or CJ Packet Delivery which may vary on location to deliver your order. Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over $50 (USD) where applicable.
